Registration covers (except no-show paper registration): admission to all lecture sessions, registration package and proceedings, lunches, and refreshments during coffee breaks and conference social event.

No-show paper registration covers: paper printing and proceeding.

Up to two papers to be printed per one registration (except no-show paper)
(additional papers to be presented by the same person requires an additional registration with new login and with no-show registration fee)

All payments include VAT.

Cancellation and refund policy

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the secretariat office and RECEIVED by the dates listed below. Telephone requests CANNOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Received by Sep 18, 2013: Full refund
  • Received on Sep 19, 2013 through Oct 5, 2013: 50% refund
  • Received on & after Oct 6, 2013: No refunds, alternate member is possible

In all cases, bank handling charges will be deducted from the net refund. All refunds will be made 4-6 weeks after the workshop.

Payment mode

Payment must be made by bank transfer in EUR (CZK). In order to have your paper included in workshop proceedings at least the no-show fee (100 EUR) must be received by Oct 5, 2013.
